Star Boutique - Dec. 2 Featuring Picadilly Cottage

As we grow closer to our magical date, December 2, 2011, I want to feature one of our local artisans from Huntington Beach, CA - Picadilly Cottage.  Picadilly Cottage products, include but not limited,  to handmade floral ribbon hair accessories, sewn tutus,  statement necklaces and sashes and custom baby shoes.
